About The Point
Located in the heart of Aberdeen city centre, The Point offers stylish apartments, beautifully landscaped social areas and a wealth of on-site amenities. With shops, restaurants and excellent transport links on your doorstep, this urban development brings modern convenience and community spirit together seamlessly.

Working Pattern

  • Hours: 24 per week
  • Shifts: 8-hour shifts, covering a 7-day rolling rota
  • Times: Either 7 am–4 pm or 10 am–7 pm

Please note, this is a fixed-term summer temp role due to being in July 2025 and to come to an end in September 2025.

What you will do:

  • First point of contact: Greet residents/guests and manage mail, parcels and general enquiries.
  • Paperwork & access: Complete Right to Rent/KYC checks, issue/replace keys and maintain secure access logs.
  • Viewings & moveins: Schedule and conduct apartment tours, movein handovers and amenity bookings.
  • Inventories & maintenance: Prepare/update inventories, carry out inspections and log/action maintenance issues.
  • Communal & parking: Keep bin stores, cycle stores, car parks, lounges and shared areas clean, safe and welcoming.
  • Contractors & compliance: Coordinate contractor visits, maintain site logs and perform regular Health & Safety checks/testing.
  • Complaints & communications: Handle/resolution complaints, escalate when needed, and update site notices and digital portals.
  • Shift handovers & cover: Produce clear endof-shift reports and provide flexible shift cover across the team.
  • Community engagement: Support resident events, surveys and socialmedia activities to build community spirit.
  • Security & emergencies: Conduct security patrols, gym checks and respond to outof-hours incidents.

What you will have:

Desired

  • Experience in residential lettings, property management or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Thorough understanding of Right to Rent regulations and Tenancy Deposit Scheme requirements.

Essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with booking or database systems.
  • Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive, positive communicator who can calmly handle challenging situations.
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building community spirit.
