About the Role
As a Support Worker in our children’s homes, you’ll play a key role in shaping the lives of young people by:
* Supporting their social, emotional, and behavioural development.
* Promoting life skills and independence to prepare them for the future.
* Managing challenging behaviours in a compassionate and professional manner.
* Assisting with light domestic duties to create a safe and supportive environment.
