Salary:
Hourly Rate: £11.75 per hour for unqualified candidates, rising to £12 upon qualification.
Sleep-ins: £60 per shift.

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of young people? Our client is hiring Residential Childcare Workers to join their team in several homes across the North East. They are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment for young people (up to age 17) who may have mild to moderate learning disabilities, past trauma, or emotional and behavioural challenges.
About the Role: These full-time positions require a flexible approach to a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and sleep-ins.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: QCF Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce Diploma (or equivalent) preferred. If not yet qualified, there is an opportunity to complete this qualification after probation.
License: Full UK manual driver’s license required.
