Role Responsibilities:

  • Our Sales Advisors are predominately customer facing in-store but also speak to customers over the phone and via email. Successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their enquiries and purchases.
  • General upkeep of the store including maintaining a clean and tidy shopfront and warehouse.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
  • This role also requires you to carry stock from the stockroom and may also involve the use of stairs and some lifting.
  • The role requires you to work 5 days per 7-day week including Saturday and Sunday.

  • Successful candidates should demonstrate an understanding and enthusiasm for first-class customer service.
  • A genuine interest in audio-visual technologies, and an active interest to learn about new technologies.
  • Ability to utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers and promote products effectively.
  • Well presented and approachable with a confident attitude and good attention to detail.
