Retail Team Member/ Aelod Tm Manwerthu

We are looking for a Retail team member to join us here in the Penrhyn Castle shop.

Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible.

Flexibility is required based on the needs of the business. Weekend & bank holiday work may be also be required.

Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 3rd November 2025

Salary: £11.50 an hour

What you’ll be doing

As a member of the retail team, you’ll be offering visitors help and advice with their shopping. You’ll have high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers.

You’ll also be able to talk to them about how everything they buy helps to fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays and working with others in the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised.
