Reward Project Manager
£600-£700 per day
* Project Planning and Implementation: Plan, implement and manage the EU Pay Transparency Project across EU region Project Management: Lead on the delivery of various workstreams ensuring the project is completed on time and aligned to regulation
* Governance and reporting: Establish and oversee local project governance frameworks across each location / entity
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and ensure successful project outcome.
* Communication: Collaborating with SMEs and Corporate Communications where appropriate to develop and deliver clear communication plans and project updates to the relevant audiences
* Run and manage working groups (cross functional) and ensure accountability of actions against planned timelines.
* Be a trusted partner functional stakeholders and Planning department ensuring updates, issues and consensus is effectively managed and delivered.
* Carry out analysis and form clear recommendations and proposals that are based on sound business rationale ensuring consensus and collaboration with functional partners required to opine or sign off
* Manage implementation deliveries ensuring transparency of risks, issues and dependencies that are fully aligned to functional / business owners.
