Job Title: Room Leader (Term-time)
Location: Bexleyheath
Hours: 8.30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, Term-time only
Salary: £14 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are excited to be recruiting a Room Leader for a fantastic term-time setting in Bexleyheath. This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator who is eager to lead a room and provide high-quality care and education to children. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
* Planning and implementing activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Observing, assessing, and tracking children’s development.
* Supporting and mentoring staff within the room.
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader with:
✔️ A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
✔️ At least two years’ experience working in an early years setting.
✔️ Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
✔️ A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills.
