Salary: £24,939 – £27,613 (Pro-Rated for part time)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Sheffield

Hours: 18.5 hours per week X 52 weeks per year

If you are passionate about helping people secure employment and supporting students in accessing valuable training opportunities, this role offers an exciting chance to develop your B2B skills by collaborating with external organisations like Jobcentre Plus and a variety of employers. You’ll thrive in a dynamic and varied position that provides opportunities to learn about key processes such as recruitment and induction, learner support, and administration and activity coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting, assessing, inducting, monitoring and supporting learners

Providing administrative and project support to Managers

Being a point of contact for the Route to Employment team to the wider College and external partners

Skills & Knowledge
