Sales Administrator

We a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to work for a friendly and supportive company based in Leicestershire, LE9.This company boasts over 25 years’ experience delivering their services internationally and are leaders in their field.
The role will involve overseeing the company inbox and managing the requests for quotations and information and forwarding any other email to the appropriate member of the team.
You will track and meet required customer deadlines while ensuring the CRM system and project folders are updated and information is archived when required.
Other duties involve processing sales orders, warranty documents, and oversee handover of the sales to the service and after sales teams, and collaborating with and assisting colleagues with sales, finance, production, logistics, service, and aftersales.
You will be assisting with monthly sales reporting and forecasting and asked to contribute to sales and admin team meetings.
There is also the exciting opportunity to take part in exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
This role is a developing role and there will be the exciting opportunity to support with marketing, exhibition planning and assisting with developing the website.
We are looking for a capable administrator who is proactive, flexible, and solution-orientated and highly organized to priorities workloads effectively.
Ideally the successful candidate will have had experience with marketing and social media.
The successful candidate will be proficient using Microsoft packages.
Experience of Sage 200 would be advantageous but not essential and this can be trained.
The role is working Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm (08:30am – 16:30pm while training)
Role Responsibilities:
Manage incoming requests for quotations and information working alongside the technical sales engineers.
Overseeing the common inbox and distributing emails as required
Tracking and meeting customer deadlines
Updating the CRM system and project folders
Calling consultant engineers and contractors to verify and confirm their technical requirements on projects.
Archiving project specific information
Processing sales orders & warranty documents
Oversee hand over of sales to service and after-sales teams
Assisting with monthly sales reports

Experienced administrator
Sales admin experience would be desirable
Experience of marketing and social media
Able to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
Be proficient in Microsoft packages. Experience of Sage 200 desirable but not essential
Be structured and detail orientated
Proactive & flexible
An excellent communicator
MUST be a driver with own vehicle due to rural location
THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARY AND WILL GO PERMENANT AFTER A SUCCESSFUL 12 WEEKS
