Our client is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic team player to join their office in Gloucester. The person must be comfortable speaking on the telephone, organised and customer focused

Key Responsibilities – Sales Administrator

  • Answering the telephone and transferring to the correct department
  • Processing quotations, orders and delivery’s
  • Organising delivery’s, taking payments, chasing final payments
  • Maintaining the email inbox and dealing with all customer enquiries
  • General administration duties as and when required

Qualifications & Requirements – Sales Administration

  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with the initiative to work independently
  • Customer focused
