We are recruiting a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client based in the Rugby area.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing manufacturing company. The role offers company training and potential for progression.
Salary – £27-28,000 + bonus
Hours – 8.30am-5.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-4.30pm Friday

Main duties:
* Being the first point of contact with customer by phone and email
* Processing orders and quotations
* Answering product questions, advising on product features, pricing and availability
* Resolving general customer queries, escalating to Team Leader if necessary
* Daily invoicing
* Monitor time critical orders, relaying information on any delays
* Product knowledge to be gained through internal training
* Point of contact for customers re invoice queries
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years sales administration experience (ideally dealing with a product range)
* Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Approachable personality and strong team player
* Attention to detail, organised and able to multi-task
