Holt Recruitment is working with an electronics manufacturer in Poole. They are looking for a sales administrator to join the office on a permanent, full-time basis.

What’s the role?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers (AMs). The role involves handling customer-related tasks, documentation, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist BDMs and AMs by managing customer-related tasks, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track and monitor the sales process from initial engagement to ongoing account management, ensuring all necessary steps are documented and completed.
Record and take action on items from customer account review meetings.
Resolve customer queries and issues resulting from BDM meetings, collaborating with shared service departments as needed.
Maintain and regularly update data on the CRM systems to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional after-sales service.
Record, track, and provide accurate reports on sales calls, visits, and pipeline activity to the DMD and sales team. What do you need?

Proficiency in Excel and MS tools.
Confident working with Database systems.
Strong customer service skills.
