Location: Borehamwood
Salary: Up to £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm

About the Role:
They are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a growing Sales team within a specialist lender. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least six months of mortgage or bridging administration experience who is eager to develop a career in financial services.
Responsibilities:
Booking broker appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs)
Creating and issuing terms to clients
Managing and organising case files efficiently
Chasing terms sent to brokers within specified timeframes
Maintaining and updating the internal CRM system
Obtaining professional quotes and instructing relevant professionals (surveyors, lawyers, etc.)
Liaising closely with the underwriting team
Requesting and managing Feefo reviews on a weekly basisExperience required:
Minimum of six months’ experience in mortgage or bridging loan administration
Understanding of property finance and lending processes
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
