We are seeking a Sales Administrator, ideally with experience in the automotive world. This role will provide support to our sales team and be a pivotal part of our New Vehicles Sales Division at Heathrow.
Working in a busy showroom environment, we require an enthusiastic and bubbly individual who is organised, able to multitask and has a “can do” attitude. Accuracy is a must and the ability to follow brand guidelines is also key to this role. (Training will be provided on specific guidelines).
The successful candidate will provide a vital link between the customer and the sales team, keeping accurate records of all vehicle orders, monitoring progress with various stakeholders, organise vehicle deliveries, assist customers with order update information and process customer orders. Candidates must have excellent written and spoken English, be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and be comfortable learning different software packages specific to our business. You must be accurate with numbers and also happy to converse with customers, both on the phone and face to face, along with suppliers and other stakeholders within our business.
