My client are an independent Manufacturer operating in the heart of West Yorkshire who are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their already well established warm & friendly team
Duties:
Pro-actively nurture, develop and maintain existing customer base to drive and increase sales
Effectively respond to new sales enquiries from costing to follow-up
Complete sales estimations
Generate quotes and tenders to optimize profitability
Provide technical and professional experience to build customer relations
Process new and repeat orders.
Purchasing of raw materials.
Process and manage orders for the Ecommerce site.
Deal with and manage customer complaints
Person Specification:
Previous experience, and proven record in a similar role is essential within Manufacturing environment / warehouse admin
Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Must be pro-active in managing new and existing sales accounts.
Good at relationship building at all levels of an organisation.
Self-motivated and able to organise oneself, have a drive and passion for the role and company
Must have sound Commercial awareness.
Must be upbeat, friendly, and professional.
Comfortable to work within small team.
Good team player, willing to help and support Sales colleagues.
Excellent eye for detail is essential.
