Sales Executive- Business Development Executive

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid

Contract: FIXED TERM CONTRACT (DECEMBER)

Monday to Friday – 35hrs per week- Hybrid – 3 days from office- 2 days from home

Salary: £23,000 PRO RATA

As a Business Development Executive you’ll dive into lead generation, build strong client relationships, and drive growth.

What Will You Be Doing?

* Lead Generation: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy targeting potential business clients.

* Engagement and Outreach: Utilise various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking events, to connect with prospects.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust relationships with potential and current clients, understanding their needs and challenges.

* Market Analysis: Continuously research and analyse market trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities.

We are looking for you to have:

* A successful track record in sales with demonstrable lead generation and revenue growth would be an advantage.

* Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

* Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions.

* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
