As the Sales Executive your mission will be to drive commercial sales by effectively converting inquiries into sales, with a strong focus on account management and encouraging repeat business. You’ll also engage in proactive sales activities to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries via email and phone within set timescales, maintaining a professional and positive approach.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, always aiming to provide the best commercial solution for our clients.
  • Prepare accurate paperwork within pricing parameters that align with our commercial model for specific events.
  • Ensure smooth communication and handover to our delivery teams, who will execute the client experiences.

Key requirements for the Sales Executive:

  • A relentlessly positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an office environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Math and English.
