My client is an industry leader, which is an added bonus as it always becomes easier to sell when you are representing a recognizable and award winning brand. Better yet you will know their client base as you have likely shopped in their stores or dined in their caf’s and restaurants.
Due to continued growth my client is looking for sales executives to join their family, offering a salary of up to 25K (up to 30K OTE) they are offering an opportunity to join a successful team whilst offering a rewarding commission scheme.
As a sales Executive you would be expected to achieve a set number of KPI’s whilst carrying out the following tasks:
* Working alongside field sales managers to arrange visits
* Both inbound and outbound sales
* Deal with issues / complaints to retain clients
* Reach out to lapsed clients to reintroduce their products
* Complete sales administration
To be considered for this position you must come from a telesales background and have the following skillset:
* Be persuasive
* Understand the sales process
* Be pro active
* Looks for solutions
* Customer / client focused
This opportunity is based fully on site in their head office which is situated on the outskirts of Glasgow City Centre, the working week is 39.5 hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.
This is a 1 stage interview process and they will move fast with an ideal start date being early October – just in time to start earning commission for the festive period.
