We have partnered with a trusted provider of industrial solutions, as they are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in Northampton. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building lasting client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to customers. This role will be perfect for a motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Seek out and identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and various lead generation strategies.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
Promote, present, and sell products or services effectively to both existing and potential clients.
Follow up on leads from diverse channels, including phone inquiries and online submissions.
Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives set by the company.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient sales processes.
Leverage social media platforms to share updates, engage potential clients, and promote products or services.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a sales and or business development role.
Experience in industrial sales (B2B) is highly desirable.
Good IT and systems knowledge including MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
