Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency

Location: Caterham, Surrey CR3 5UF.
Salary: £12.21 per hour basic salary, plus office based commission (should take salary to the region of £25,000) and business mileage allowance.
Contract: Part time, permanent. Working hours will be 3 days a week, Thursday & Friday 9am – 5.30pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm with an hour for lunch.

We specialise in the sales and letting of Residential Property in the Caterham and surrounding areas which include Coulsdon, Old Coulsdon, Purley, Whyteleafe, Kenley, Chaldon, Warlingham, Godstone, Bletchingley and surrounding towns and villages in East Surrey. We can also provide mortgage advice via a locally based Independent Mortgage Adviser and a large London based Mortgage Adviser Company who are able to quote on the whole of the mortgage market. We have close links with local Solicitors in the Caterham and surrounding areas.

Sales Negotiator – About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced estate and lettings agency. You’ll be at the heart of our property sales operationhelping buyers find their dream homes and supporting sellers through every step of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering and managing new buyer enquiries
Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to sellers
Negotiating sales offers between buyers and vendors
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Keeping up-to-date with local market trends and competitor activity
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in property sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
A professional, proactive, and positive attitude
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
Full UK driving licence with access to vehicle for work purposes (essential)
