Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)

Location: Hove

Salary: £23k – £26k DOE + Great commission package and company benefit package

Hours: Mon-Fri opening hours 8.30am – 6pm and some Saturdays 9am-5pm (with a day off in lieu). He can be flexible on hours to suit the right candidate.

You must have a full UK driving licence and own transport to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and conducting property viewings.
  • Registering applicants and qualifying their needs.
  • Proactively marketing the companies’ services to potential sellers.
  • Negotiating sales successfully.
  • Building strong business relationships with purchasers and vendors.
  • Working to branch service and sales targets as well as individual sales targets.
  • Updating the CRM system accurately.
  • Generating new business opportunities through marketing activities.
  • Booking in valuations.
  • Booking in mortgage and conveyancing appointments.
  • Assisting in sales progression.
  • Show casing properties to potential purchasers.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Proven estate agency sales background.
  • A real drive to achieve and develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Strong team player with a great work ethic and “can do” attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a proactive and positive demeaner.
  • Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using CRM systems.
  • A genuine passion for being successful and for the property industry.
