The Package

  • From £22,500 – £28,000 basic salary per annum (pro-rata for part-time roles)
  • From £28,000 – £33,000 including OTE (pro-rata for part-time roles)
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (full-time)
  • Three days during the work week, 9:00-17:00 (part-time)
  • Hybrid working available (in certain roles)

The Sales Progressor Role

  • Facilitate residential sales through to completion
  • Maintain regular communication with solicitors, estate agents, and customers, providing frequent progress updates
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on the progress of various sales
  • Work as part of a fast-paced and proactive team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including estate agents and IFAs
  • Comprehensive training will be provided

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Commitment to delivering high standards of service
  • Exceptional organisation and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards
  • Background in conveyancing or property (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the home moving process (desirable)
  • Experience in delivering outstanding customer service (essential)
