Looking for an exciting, target-driven role where you’ll be part of a dynamic team? As a Sales Representative, you’ll provide top-notch customer service, generate new business, and help clients make informed insurance decisions. Whether it’s face-to-face, over the phone, or via email, you’ll be smashing sales and retention goals while mentoring trainees.

Based out of one of these following sites – Birmingham, Brentwood, Colchester or Peterborough

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Quoting for New Business and sealing the deal
  • Managing client relationships like a pro – in-person, by phone, or email
  • Calculating premiums (mathletes, this is for you!)
  • Ensuring clients know their options with clear and simple explanations
  • Validating important docs like ID, claims history, and driving licenses
  • Using CRM tools to track leads and smash targets
  • Attending client meetings and identifying upselling opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • A fantastic communicator who can demystify insurance jargon
  • UK insurance market knowledge (trends, risks, and all that good stuff)
  • Organisational wizard who knows how to prioritize
  • A positive, enthusiastic team player with experience in broking or underwriting
