We are currently working with a market leading textiles business in the Rochdale area who are looking to expand their customer service team. This is on a temp to perm basis.

There is currently a team of 3 in place at the moment who are dealing with all existing and new customer queries, via phone, email, post and in person (when applicable).

TEMP TO PERM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide help and advice to all customers as and when required, over the phone and by email.
  • Communicate in an articulate and professional manner
  • Carry out any other administrative duties.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records of customer discussions and all correspondence.
  • Building relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
  • Handling administration, including contracts, invoices, and event-related paperwork
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
