CK Group are recruiting for a Sample Prep Technician, to join a global leading food brand company, at their site based in Wokingham, on a contract basis, until the end of June.

Salary:

PAYE £12.93 per hour.

Sample Prep Technician Role:

  • This position is ideal for a fresh Science graduate wanting to take their first step into a lab environment.
  • This role is supporting the analysts within the labs.
  • You provide hands-on assistance to support the operation and goals of the laboratory by supporting experiments and applying your understanding under technical guidance.
  • You will support a range of analyses, prepare and maintain standard equipment and chemicals required for running of an analytical laboratory.
  • Recording and reporting data and activity outcome accurately.


Your Background:

  • We are looking for candidates who are available immediately or with a very short notice period.
  • The manager needs someone to start as soon as possible as the contract will not run past the end of June.
  • Suitable candidates must be able to commute to site within 30 minutes.
  • Technical understanding of equipment to support laboratory operations.
  • Relevant industry and/or academic experience.
