Working Pattern: Part-time, term time only

Actual Salary Range: £20,444 – £20,736 p.a. inc.

Hours: 30 hours x 39 weeks per annum

Starting: September 2025

Sanza Teaching Agency are partnered with a wonderful primary school located in Enfield who empower their staff with the skills necessary to provide their children with the support and challenge they need to access the curriculum.

Everyone in this school community shows a willingness and dedication to improve their individual knowledge, skills and abilities.

We are looking to appoint Scale 3 Teaching Assistants to join our support staff team. These roles will include a combination of support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), small group and intervention support and general classroom support.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate good understanding of inclusive practice to enable children with SEND to access learning and make good progress;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Be able to use initiative to adapt learning to the specific needs of the children;
  • Have experience of working with children with special needs;
  • Have experience of delivering high quality intervention;
  • Be a team player who relishes contributing as part of a larger collective;
  • Be flexible and adaptable to work across the primary age range and in collaboration with other members of staff.

Applicants should have achieved a level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or GCSE grade 4 (formally Grade C) in English and Mathematics.
