School Administrator (Must Have Prior School Administration Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join one of our partner schools. This role is essential for supporting the effective operation of school activities and providing crucial administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and support school operations
  • Coordinate communications between the school, staff, and external parties
  • Oversee scheduling and booking processes for staff and events
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide high-quality customer service to staff, students, and parents

Requirements:

  • Experience in school administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with standard administrative tools and software, e.g SIMS, Arbor or BromCom etc
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Right to work in the UK
