The Role:

Support students with SEMH challenges, both in and out of class
Work 1:1 or in small groups to develop emotional regulation and coping strategies
Collaborate with SENCOs, educational psychologists, and pastoral staff
Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel understood
