The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in a science-related subject.
- Passionate about teaching science and inspiring students.
- Experience teaching science at secondary school level (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to cater to the needs of all students.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
