The Role – Science Technician
As a Science Technician you will be working in the Science Departmented assisting the Head of Science and Science Teachers with Science Technician Duties. As a Science Technician you will be setting up experiments, keeping the laboratory clean. Ensuring Health and Safety in the Science Department. During your role as a Science technician you will be handling dangerous chemicals so you need to be trained and comfortable working with hazardous chemicals.
The School – Mainstream Secondary School
The school is a ‘Good’ Mixed Mainstream Secondary School with pupils aged between 11-18 years old. There are 1200 pupils that attend the school. The school hours are 8.30-15.30, there is parking on site and local transport links
