Supporting a small group of SEN students in core subjects within a secondary school setting
Supporting students with ASD, PMLD, Complex needs, challenging beahviour
Ensuring students continue to progress and understand the curriculum
Practice effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
Adapting teaching methods to cater to the individual needs of students
Collaborating with teachers to monitor student progress and provide tailored supportRequirements:

2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a relevant field from a top 20 UK University
Previous experience working with SEN students is essential
Strong communication skills, along with patience and resilience
