The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for Permanent Secretary for their client based in Brechin to start immediately.

Pay: £22,000 – £24,000 Per Annum

Location: Brechin

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with a 1 Hour and 15 Minutes break. 33.75 Hours per week Full time however Part time can also be discussed.

Contract: Permanent

Duties:

  • Digital Audio typing
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases and systems

Required Skills:

  • Experience within a Secretary role
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Works well in part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of MS Packages
