SEN Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs across the school. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who require additional help to access learning and thrive in the classroom.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties).
*
Assist teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
*
Support the emotional, behavioural, and social development of students.
*
Work collaboratively with the SENCO and wider support staff.
*
Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans and reviews.
Requirements:
*
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
*
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
*
Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
*
An Enhanced DBS check for both Child and Adult workforce (on the Update Service preferred or willingness to obtain).
*
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
