Special Educational Needs (SEN) LSA required- Southampton SEN School – Calling all Graduates!
Location: Southampton
Age Range: 4-11 years
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Our SEN school in Southampton is seeking dedicated and compassionate graduates to join our team.
The role is Full-Time, Monday to Friday and hours are 8.45am-3pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children aged 4-11 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
Qualifications:
* Graduates with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A clear understanding of SEMH and its impact on learning.
Personal Qualities:
* Calm, caring, and kind demeanor.
* Self-starters with strong emotional intelligence (EQ).
