SEN TA Needed for a SEN School in Croydon this role is a long-term ongoing contract set to start immediately
Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
Location: Croydon
Age Group: 11–19 years old
Needs: Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Contract: 5 days a week full time
Salary: £90-100 per day PAYE
Hours : 8:45 to 3:45pm
About the Role of a SEN TA
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students in their learning, social, and personal development.
Work one-to-one or in small groups to meet individual needs.
Help adapt lessons and activities for students.
Promote positive behavior and well-being.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
Skills needed to a be a SEN TA
We’re looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic.
Experienced (or interested) in working with Autism or SLD.
A team player with good communication skills.
Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Math (or equivalent). Training provided
