Application Requirements: SEN TA:
• Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
.• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Key Responsibilities for an SEN TA:
• Supporting Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils with Autism (1:1 and small group)
.• Adapting learning strategies to meet individual needs
.• Collaborating with teachers to create tailored learning plans.
• Helping foster a positive and inclusive environment.
