• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ASD, ensuring each child receives tailored guidance throughout their school day
• Collaborate with class teachers and SENCO to create and deliver personalised learning strategies
• Foster a supportive, structured classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages progress at every step
• Assist with social skills development, emotional regulation, and communication, using creative and evidence-based approaches
• Monitor and record student progress, contributing to EHCP reviews and regular team meetings
