Teaching Personnel are working closely with a primary SEN school based in the West Sussex area (Haywards Heath). The school are working alongside Teaching Personnel as they’re in need of new strong staff come September, the school are looking for staff who are able to work 1:1 with their primary boys.
About the school:
The primary SEND school work closely with their primary boys who are between the ages of 6-12. The pupils will all have specific EHCP’s (Educational, Health, Care, Plan), the EHCP’s support the pupils with their development and with their specific needs. The school cater for pupils who have the following needs: Autism, ADHD, SEMH.
About the role:
The school will expect the chosen Behavioural Buddy to build strong relationships with their primary pupils. The pupils are between the ages of 6-12 and all have additional needs including the following needs: Autism, ADHD, PMLD and SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental, Health), you will be expected to support the primary pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis during class hours and in-between classes.

Travel: Car
Hours: 8:40am – 15:55pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
DBS: Enhanced Child Only DBS
Pay: £430 – £460 per week
Location: Haywards Heath

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
