Here at Destination Education, we are working with a SEN school based inBarnetwho are looking for enthusiastic SEN teaching assistants to join their teamASAPon afulltime basis.
SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Help maintain an engaging and stimulating environment for students.
- Work in groups or 1:1 with students that require extra support.
- Provide personal care when needed.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience working with students/young adults with special educational needs (SEN) preferred
- Experience working in a school environment preferred
- Must be able to work on a fulltime basis
- Passionate about working with young people with SEN and other learning difficulties
- Excellent communication skills, being able to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Be reliable and professional
- Be able to provide an up to date DBS (or apply for one)
