We are looking for a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic school community. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to students with a variety of learning needs, helping them succeed both academically and socially.

What You’ll Do:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to enhance students’ learning experience.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Help implement and support individualized education plans (IEPs).
Encourage students’ confidence and independence, while ensuring their well-being and safety.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children, ideally in a SEN or educational setting (though training can be provided).
A patient, understanding, and compassionate approach to supporting children with varying needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
