Tradewind SEND are working closely with a specialist provision in Brent that specialises in working with students across all age groups with emotional needs, behavioural difficulties and social emotional mental health difficulties. This SEN Teaching Assistant role would see you supporting 1:1 and in groups both in and out of class with a specific task to develop confidence, independence, academic achievement and all round positive steps in their life.
This special school looking for SEN Teaching Assistant has a unique approach to working with challenged children; they opt to focus on vocational learning such as Art, Music and Sports so anyone with qualifications or an interest in these areas in encouraged to apply.

Graduate with Psychology/ Creative degree
Summer camp/ camp America type experience
Personal experience with SEND
The school is based in a small centre and has a number of classes of small groups of students. You would be working along side experienced staff members both within the support team and the senior leadership of the school.
