SEN Teaching Assistant

In this exciting role, you will work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing tailored support to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed both academically and socially.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with classroom teachers to implement individualised learning strategies and support plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include offering one-to-one and small-group assistance, adapting classroom resources to meet diverse learning needs, and actively contributing to lesson planning and student progress assessments. Your compassionate approach and proactive attitude will be key in fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
