Job Description

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to children aged from 4 plus with various needs, helping them to thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure that every child receives the attention and assistance they require.

Key Responsibilities:

Support individual students with their learning and emotional needs.
Assist in the implementation of personalised education plans.
Create a calm and positive learning environment.
Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Help with classroom management and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Experience working in a UK school setting, particularly with children with special educational needs.
A current DBS check on the update service.
A calm, caring demeanor and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
