Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Providing targeted support to two children with Autism, ensuring stability and consistency
• Collaborating with teachers and the SEN team to plan and implement effective support strategies
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students to foster progress and confidence
• Monitoring progress and adapting support to meet the unique needs of each child
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
