About the Role: SEN Teaching Assistant:

This full-time, long-term position is perfect for those passionate about making a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, providing essential support to manage and overcome challenging behaviours. Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Applicants Should:
• Be passionate about supporting children with challenging behaviours as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
• Have experience or qualifications in Special Educational Needs, particularly in managing challenging behaviours.
• Be creative and adaptable in their approach as an SEN Teaching Assistant to support diverse learning needs.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
• Be committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
