The Position – SEN Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach have a full-time role available for an SEN Teaching Assistant who’s seeking a new long term opportunity. For this role, you must have previous experience working within an SEN provision within a mainstream school or have experience working in an SEN school. The SEN Teaching Assistant will be supporting different pupils mainly on a 1:1 basis that are in KS2. The SEN provision has pupils with complex needs, non-verbal and autism so having experience with these needs are essential.

The school is a two-form entry Primary school located in Waltham Forest. The school has an SEN provision where the SEN Teaching Assistant will be based, as well as Nursery classes. The school was rated as “Good” in the most recent Ofsted inspection, however the Early Years provision was rated as “Outstanding”.
