SEN Teaching Assistant

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working with students who have ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs. You’ll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to provide tailored support, both in and out of the classroom, across Key Stages 3 to 5.

What the role involves

• Supporting students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Working 1:1 and in small group settings to support learning and engagement
• Assisting teachers in delivering differentiated lessons
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation

• SEN experience in a secondary setting
• Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm
