We are looking for a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Finchley, London. About the Role:

Ideal Candidates Should:

• Have experience working with children with challenging behaviours in a SEN setting.

• Possess a strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.

• Be adaptable, patient, and resilient in a dynamic classroom environment.

• Hold relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant certification.

• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
