About the role
• Provide direct 1:1 and group support for pupils with behavioural needs, helping them access learning and thrive within the classroom
• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement behaviour support plans, using positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
• Encourage emotional regulation and social skills through structured routines, creative interventions, and patience
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and understood
• Monitor and record student progress, collaborating with colleagues and parents to celebrate achievements and address challenges
