Key Responsibilities:
Offer focused support to students with SEN, helping them navigate their learning journey.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and growth.
Collaborate with teachers and the SEN Coordinator to implement individualized support strategies.
Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Assist with students’ academic progress and personal development.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential.
A genuine interest in working with SEN students and supporting their success.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Patient, flexible, and positive approach to student support.
