Position: SEN Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Lancing
Pay: £83.40 – £95.26 per day
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Contract: Day-to-Day Supply

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in primary schools in Lancing.

This role is ideal for those looking for flexibility while making a significant impact on the educational experiences of children with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students 1:1 or in small groups, tailoring assistance to meet individual SEN requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring each child’s well-being and progress.
Apply appropriate techniques to manage challenging behavior and promote self-regulation.
Work collaboratively with school staff and adapt quickly to different school settings.
What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous experience working with children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, etc.) is preferred.
A genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional growth of children with special needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
️ A current DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
